ClinDebit ClinDebit seamlessly integrates with ClinPay and makes subject reimbursements for incidentals simple and effortless. Study locations are provided debit cards to distribute to subjects for reimbursements. Upon each visit, the card is automatically loaded with the predetermined amount (or amounts can be adjusted with authorization limits set by the Sponsor). Subjects can use ClinDebit anywhere Visa is accepted and can access cash via ATM. ClinDebit also generates 1099s to be distributed to subjects and interfaces with your general ledger for proper accounting. With ClinDebit Investigators no longer have to come out-of-pocket to fund subject reimbursements. Further, Investigators are relieved of the internal costs and time associated with tracking subject visits, generating checks, mailing checks, sending 1099s and collecting from Sponsor or CRO. ClinDebit does it all. ClinDebit also provides robust audit trails tracking subject payment to the appropriate study, visit, etc., ensuring transparency and regulatory compliance. With ClinDebit, Investigator relationships are enhanced and "study drops" are likely reduced. |
